Holyoke City Council had few items of business on the agenda for its meeting Tuesday night, March 17.
During the meeting, a one-hour executive session was held for the purpose of receiving counsel from City Attorney Al Wall. The scheduled work session that was to be held after the regular meeting to discuss personnel policy changes was canceled due to City Supt. Mark Brown’s absence.
In other business, city council members:
—approved a liquor license renewal for The Skillet Restaurant.
—granted a donation request of one youth summer swim pass to the Dragon’s Wagon Preschool spaghetti supper.
—discussed and approved the City of Holyoke ad to be placed in the 2009 Explore Magazine.
