|CRP meetings planned|

Colorado State University Extension is planning a series of informational meetings regarding CRP strategies. These strategies include re-enrollment, grazing, economics and cropping.
Information regarding these topics will be presented using the latest research results available, and program specialists will be available for questions.
Locations and dates are:
—Thursday, Feb. 24, Phillips County Event Center, 1:30 p.m.
—Tuesday, March 1, Yuma County Fairgrounds, 1:30 p.m.
—Wednesday, March 2, Sedgwick County Fairgrounds, 1:30 p.m.
—Thursday, March 17, Logan County DeSoto Building, 1:30 p.m.
Agenda includes NRCS/FSA update on CRP programs, rules and regulations related to farming or grazing CRP, strategies for managing livestock on CRP grass, strategies for cropping CRP and agronomy components, farm management decisions with CRP and range and grass strategies.
As a result of local sponsorship, pre-registration is not necessary, and there are no registration fees to attend.
