Holyoke High School’s FCCLA chapter geared up for a new year with their annual leadership meeting and meal Tuesday, Aug. 25.

Officers Megan Colglazier, Mallory Bennett, Taylor Haidle, Ella Stewart, Whitni Redman and Jordan Zeiler and 17 other members attended the meeting. Interested high school students learned just what FCCLA is all about and were encouraged to join the organization.

At the meeting, officers talked about different aspects of FCCLA including STAR Events, chapter point system, chapter and district program of work, National Outreach Program and the planning process. Members also participated in a team building energizer and a “Promote FCCLA” poster contest.
