Chayos Mexican Food opens

    Maria Rivas, and her children Deisy and Jorge Guadarrama have started what Rivas likes to call a new “project.” The family opened Chayos Mexican Food at 430 E. Denver St. Nov. 29.

Centennial Ag Supply, located a mile east of the stoplight in Holyoke, will soon sport new signage, depicting the Dec. 18 acquisition of the 41-year-old company by Helena Chemical Company. The current management team, led by Jake Adler, will continue to run the new Helena branch involving stores in seven locations, with five in Colorado, one in Nebraska and one in Wyoming. — Johnson Publications

Helena buys Centennial Ag

    Helena Chemical Company purchased Centennial Ag Supply Co., effective Monday, Dec. 18, with the current management team of Centennial Ag to continue running the newly purchased branch.
