Holyoke city worker Rich Wittman strings Christmas lights across Interocean Avenue last Tuesday morning. This year’s Country Christmas celebration is set for 4-8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, and will include a Parade of Lights, vendors, hayrides, hot chocolate stands and a soup supper.
