Rustic elegance awaits at 'A Night Under the Stars'

HHS Prom 2017 will be “A Night Under the Stars” Saturday, April 29, featuring a rustic elegance and a vintage vibe. Burlap, lace, barnwood and gold accents are the decorations of choice for the evening.

The evening begins with a 5:30 p.m. dinner for promgoers, served at the Phillips County Event Center. Prom attendees and the public alike are invited to attend the Grand March at 7 p.m. at Heginbotham Auditorium at HHS, where the queen and king will be crowned.

From the junior class, queen candidates are Anna Jelden, Grace Dille and Tica Penzing; and king candidates are Arturo Dominguez, Luke Krogmeier and Anthony Beltran.

A dance will follow at the Event Center from 8 p.m.-midnight with fun post-Prom activities afterward at the high school.
