Re-1J free, reduced meal applications required

All families will be required to fill out school meal applications for their household this year. While these applications will not reflect the price of meals, as all students are free, they will benefit the district.

Submitting household income information through the school meal application helps families and schools.

Families may be eligible for P-EBT and can receive groceries, discounted school fees, internet, etc.

Families are also helping the school district receive additional funding as it qualifies for grants and additional nutrition programs.

Information provided during the application process is confidential and protected as personnel must follow strict guidelines for the release of information.

Holyoke School District officials will use the Colorado Department of Education household size and income criteria for determining eligibility for free or reduced-price school meals.
