Holyoke’s senior team qualifies for state knowledge bowl

Holyoke High School’s varsity knowledge bowl team has qualified for state competition. Among 2A schools, the team placed second at regionals at Valley High School in Gilcrest on Feb. 5. Akron’s team took first. HHS competed against 18 teams, including five from 2A schools. State competition is Monday and Tuesday, March 12-13, at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
