Emerald Award program is next Thursday evening

The community is invited to a program Thursday, April 22, at the Peerless Theatre to honor Holyoke School District’s three Emerald Award recipients. The program begins at 7 p.m., followed by a reception in the Peerless multipurpose room.

Ashley Clayton, JR/SR high counselor, is the 2021 Leader Among Us. Juana Ruiz, elementary custodian, is being recognized with the Heart Award. This year’s Innovator of the Year is Kari Vasa, elementary technology teacher/librarian and district assessment coordinator.
