Elementary students bring Christmas cheer in May music program

You’ve probably heard of Christmas in July, but Christmas in May is two months earlier, and it’s great not to have to wait any longer to witness the talent, effort and spirit that Holyoke Elementary School students put into their performances Monday, May 3.

Music teacher Marcia Dalton directed a Christmas concert that featured performances by Holyoke kindergartners, second graders and fourth graders. The pandemic forced them to delay showcasing what they’ve been working on since November, but the smiles and the fun were worth the wait.
