A small cast of Holyoke High School students looks forward to being back on the stage this weekend when they present “Much Ado About Nothing” Friday and Saturday, April 30 and May 1, with performances starting at 7:30 p.m. each evening in the school auditorium.

Several students are cast in multiple roles to make the show happen. The play is under the direction of JR/SR high social studies teacher Micah Mehl.

Cast members include Alma Alejandre as Beatrice; Levi Ford as Benedick; Jimena Nuñez as Hero and Sextant; Kailar Hayes as Claudio; Kenneth Lindholm as Don Pedro; Max Kleve as Don John and Verges; Hannah Lindholm as Leonato, Ursula, Margret and Conrade; Tristen Ferguson as Dogberry and Antonio; and Isaiah Rueter as Friar Francis, Narrator, Messenger and Borrachio.

Due to continued mask requirements for schools due to COVID-19, cast members will be wearing masks, and those attending are also requested to wear masks.
