Millie Rowe
Mildred “Millie” Elizabeth Rowe died Oct. 2, 2022, at the age of 92. She was born March 30, 1930, in Darksville, Missouri.
Millie loved being outdoors, gardening and yard projects.
She loved being a school cook for Holyoke school district for 20 years. Not only did she love being around her own children, but she found great enjoyment being a school cook because she loved being involved with the kids. Plus, she very much enjoyed her co-workers Ardis Conklin and Rita Kropp.
She loved all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly.
Millie was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Rowe, son Milton Harshbarger, grandson Zach Harshbarger and daughter Glenda Harshbarger Fuehrer.
Survivors include her granddaughter Danielle Harsbarger Tondre and husband Ronnie Tondre; granddaughter Brecken Harshbarger Fenwick and great-grandchildren Miley and Jaycee Fenwick; granddaughter Lacey Harshbarger Gipe and husband Jordan Gipe, and great-grandchildren Ryen, Peyton, Timmy, Cohen and Haven Gipe; grandson Nathan Harshbarger; granddaughter Meagan Fuehrer Schubert and husband Rob Schubert, and great-grandchildren Kailen, Addilyn and Mckinley Schubert; son Mark Harshbarger and wife Tami; grandchildren, Lucas Harshbarger and Trent and Melissa Harshbarger; and daughter Beth Harshbarger Micci and husband Ed Micci, and grandchildren Gwen and Daniel Micci.
Millie had a most loving, kind heart. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
Her service was held Oct. 6 at Baucke Funeral Chapel in Holyoke.
Baucke Funeral Home directed the service.
