Marcum is new branch manager at Bank of the West
Throughout the five and half years that Amber Marcum has worked at the Holyoke branch of Bank of the West, she’s loved working with customers. That’s what makes her so excited to be leading the bank as the new branch manager.
Before moving to Holyoke, Marcum had three years of prior experience in the banking industry, including one year at a Bank of the West in Albuquerque, New Mexico, before taking time off when her daughters were born.
She started out at the Holyoke branch as a financial services consultant when she moved to Holyoke in 2015. She later became the universal banking officer, managing the teller line.
