Dominique Penzing of Holyoke has been named to the 2019-20 Dean’s Honor Roll at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. To be on the list, students needed to earn a combined GPA of 3.5-3.74 during at least two of the academic semesters and complete a minimum of 24 semester hours.
