Terre Eckman
Terri Jean Eckman was born Dec. 10, 1959, in Denver. She died Nov. 28, 2019.
Terre went to school in Arvada. She loved her blue Volkswagen Beetle. She also loved her Big Gulps and Slurpees at the 7-Eleven in Wray.
She was baptized as an infant in the Lutheran church and took two years of catechism before being confirmed in the Lutheran church. She went to Sunday school and Bible school in the summers. Philippians 1:3: “I thank my God every time I remember you.”
Terre loved her family and was best friends with her sister, Dana, and her big cat, Woody, and her dogs, Daisy and Digger. Terre had been married at one time.
She is survived by her mother, Karma Eckman of Holyoke; sister, Dana Francis and her children, Jessica Spindle and husband Brian and their children Tearney, Cameron and Talon, Crystal Kirklin and husband Mark and their sons Dante and Drake, and Dylan Milroy, all of the Denver area; brother, Kevin Eckman of Casa Grande, Arizona, and his daughter, Savannah Eckman of Phoenix, Arizona; and brother, Jeff Eckman and wife Michelle and their children, Tyler Eckman and wife Taylor and their daughter Sage, Kyle Eckman and wife JoAnn and their children Tristen and Claira, and Elizabeth Eckman, all of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She will be dearly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her dad, Richard Eckman.
Services will be held in Denver at a later time.
