Kevin Rowan wanted for attempted murder

EDITOR'S NOTE: On Sept. 19, shortly after 1 p.m., Kevin Rowan was taken into custody.

    During the evening hours of Sept. 13, Kevin Rowan, 64, was involved in an altercation with his father near Fleming. After an investigation into the incident, a warrant was obtained for Rowan for several felony charges, including attempted second-degree murder, vehicular assault, felony menacing and first-degree assault on an at-risk adult.
    Rowan’s whereabouts were unknown at the time of publication. He is reportedly driving a green 1999 Chevy Tahoe bearing Colorado license plates FOS-363. Rowan may be armed and is considered dangerous. Do not attempt to contact Rowan if you see him.
