Plumb, Miller receive state livestock judging honors
Brooklyn Plumb and Brock Miller were recognized at an Aug. 25 ceremony at the Colorado State Fair for being members of the Colorado 4-H all-state junior livestock judging team.
Plumb, who is a freshman at Haxtun and a member of the Paoli Hustlers 4-H Club, earned a belt buckle for the honor, as it was her second time to make the all-state team. Miller, a seventh-grader at Haxtun and an Elbert County 4-H member, received a leather judging notebook for his first time making the team.
