School board to meet Tuesday, May 1

    Holyoke School District Re-1J Board of Education will meet Tuesday, May 1, at 7 p.m. in the board meeting room at HJHS, room No. 218. A work session to discuss the board vacancy will begin at 6:30 p.m.
    The superintendent’s report during the meeting will include S-CAP site review findings and gift acknowledgement.
    Action items on the agenda include approval of elementary principal, resignations, resolution to declare board vacancy, 2018-19 probationary teacher renewals, 2018-19 probationary teachers moving to nonprobationary status, 2018-19 nonprobationary teacher renewals, 2018-19 notice of employment for classified staff and teacher appreciation resolution.
