Krogmeier is Boettcher Scholarship recipient

    Holyoke High School senior Luke Krogmeier has been named a recipient of the Boettcher Scholarship, which is essentially a full-ride to any four-year institution in Colorado. He is the son of Stacey Krogmeier and Joe Krogmeier.
    Currently, Krogmeier is looking at University of Denver, University of Colorado-Boulder or Colorado College as potential options. Regardless of which institution he settles on, he intends to pursue a film studies program.
    He’s already interested in acting and film making but is open to the possibility of discovering an interest in the technical side or some other aspect of film as he begins his studies. While film could take him elsewhere long-term, Krogmeier is looking forward to exploring the Colorado film scene — in Denver especially — while he completes his college education.
