Local Cobblestone recognized for experience offered
Holyoke’s Cobblestone Inn & Suites was recognized at the recent annual Cobblestone conference for the guest experience offered at the local motel.
Of 100 hotels nationwide, Holyoke’s was in the top five to earn the Guest Experience Award. It was presented at the March 12 conference at Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Accepting the honor for Holyoke’s Cobblestone was local manager Amber Salas and Kim Young, representing the investors.
Salas explained that the award is earned from guest experience survey results. Guests rate the hotel and staff in multiple areas on a 1-10 scale on such things as cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast, lounge and more.
