Pork producers to meet in Fort Morgan

    The Colorado Pork Producers Association annual meeting will be held Monday, Nov. 20, at Morgan County Fairgrounds in Fort Morgan from 9 a.m. to noon, with lunch to be served.
    There will be speakers, election of board members and prize giveaways. Anyone who raises hogs in Colorado and their guests are invited, and youth and leaders who are in hog producing projects are especially encouraged to attend.  
    Three board positions are up for election for terms beginning Jan. 1, 2018. Interested parties are encouraged to submit an intent to run as well as a short biography. All members of CPPC are eligible to serve on the board.
    Deadline to RSVP for the meeting and to turn in a notice of intent is Nov. 15, at 4 p.m.
