FCCLA hosts fall conference

    Holyoke FCCLA members attended the fall district conference at the Phillips County Event Center Wednesday, Oct. 18.
    Thirteen members from the Holyoke chapter attended including  Tyler Lamm, Brandon Nevarez, Dominique Penzing, Anna Jelden, Drew Stewart, Kyra Loutensock, Cash Adler, Savannah Burris, Makenzie Martin, Brenna Gatton, LorenJo Oberle, Evelyn Espinoza and Ashlynn Marcum.
    The theme for the conference was “My Life Matters.” The day was comprised of  six  workshops, a keynote speaker and a relaxed lunch where members mingled with students from other schools. The assorted workshops educated members on conflict resolution skills and effective ways to relax when under stress.
