Parade is ‘Barn Raising Good Time’
Barns of all shapes and sizes went up for the Saturday, July 29, Phillips County Fair parade, led by grand marshals Clark and Laverne Starkebaum on Interocean Avenue in Holyoke.
Winning overall champion and first-place youth maxi float was the Better Beef Makers 4-H Club. Other youth maxi winners were Raising Ranchers 4-H Club, second, and Holyoke FFA, third.
