HHS competes at State Knowledge Bowl
Seven HHS students competed in the State Knowledge Bowl Monday-Tuesday, March 13-14, at the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins. Those on the state team included seniors Kayla Marshall, Sylvia McCleary, Madison Beckner and Morgan Philips; and juniors Luke Krogmeier, Drew Stewart and Brandon Nevarez.
The team competed in two written rounds and seven oral rounds. They were also able to use the CSU rec center and tour the campus during the two-day event. Language arts teachers Josh Schroetlin and Amber Schroetlin sponsored the group.
