1978 — Joe Zoppe’s Miniature Medieval Fantasy is one of the feature attractions that will be seen at the Phillips County Fair, July 31-Aug. 3. Zoppe was two years putting this act together. The act is all automated; the horses are controlled by radio. Zoppe made all of the saddles, armor and dress costumes.
