Phillips County 4-H hosting Project Runway

Phillips County 4-H is presenting a new program this year, “Project Runway: 4-H Edition,” for youth of all ages who are interested in clothing, fashion and buymanship. The event will be held Monday, June 12, at Haxtun Community Center.

High Plains News North newspapers in Holyoke and in Imperial and Grant in Nebraska are preparing their annual “Home Improvement” section, geared toward the construction industry, as well as all aspects of home improvement.

High school hosting summer reading challenge

Holyoke JR/SR High School is hosting a summer reading Bingo challenge. Complete five in a row or a blackout for Dragon Dollars. The Bingo card can be found on Holyoke Re-1J School District’s website or Facebook page. All cards completed (five in a row or blackout) will be entered into a drawing for Chamber Bucks.
