Tristen Roll 3rd in state trap shooting

Tristen Roll finished third out of 131 senior trap shooters in the Colorado State Fair shooting sports competition at Pikes Peak Gun Club in Colorado Springs.

Roll shot a 50 straight (50/50), putting him in a shoot-off with two other senior shooters. In competition, they shot from the 16-yard line, and for the shoot-off they shot from the 27-yard line. Roll finished with a 47/50 to put him in third place overall.

Theron Roll and Jack Frerichs also competed in the second weekend of state fair shooting sports competition over Labor Day weekend.
