Trish McClain is new public health director

    Northeast Colorado Health Department is pleased to announce Trish McClain as the new public health director. McClain succeeds Tony Cappello, who served northeast Colorado for five years.
    Northeast Colorado Health Department is a rural public health workforce made up of just over 40 staff members that covers 9,200 square miles of territory with an office in each of the six counties. NCHD has proudly been serving Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma counties since 1948.
    McClain brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has worked at NCHD for 11 1/2 years, first as the nursing director and then as the deputy director.
