Raise money for Peerless with Pickle Pledge

Have you ever caught a coworker complaining at work? Or maybe you’ve caught yourself complaining while on the job. The Pickle Pledge is here to help!
The idea is that for every complaint made, an employee must put a quarter into the Pickle Pledge jar. After doing that for a week, workplaces should begin to see a change in attitudes and a drop in complaints.
Melissa Memorial Hospital was challenged to do the Pickle Pledge after working with Joe Tye, CEO and head coach of Values Coach Inc., and now MMH is challenging the Holyoke business community to join them in the Pickle Pledge.
The challenge period will run from Monday-Friday, Feb. 12-16.
If the hospital gathers $500 in their jar during that week, Tye’s organization will chip in $250, totaling $750 that will be donated to the Peerless Center.
If participating businesses raise $500 together, Tye will donate another $250. That brings the grand total to $1,500 for the Peerless.
