PC Telcom receives certificate of appreciation
In recognition of PC Telcom employees going above and beyond to serve the members of the Holyoke community, the Colorado State Patrol presented the company with a certificate of appreciation Aug. 25.
Using technology and creative thinking, PC Telcom was able to provide livestreaming capabilities to a local family that was unable to attend an out-of-state memorial service for their loved one.
The certificate thanks PC Telcom for not hesitating to step in and facilitate the project. They provided the family a large television and an updated computer. They also dispatched broadband technician A.J. Brandt to set up the equipment, be present during the memorial for technical support and take down the equipment after the memorial.
Brandt said he was proud to be chosen to be the support technician on the scene. He arrived a day before the memorial to test the equipment and make sure everything was working correctly.
