Life skills class to run coffee cart business
What does it take to run a business?
Students in the life skills classroom at Holyoke JR/SR High School have been learning all about it from FBLA members Joe Beckner, Lauren Herman and Kristin Vieselmeyer.
As part of their American Enterprise project, the FBLA members have scheduled several classes to teach special needs students about how to run a coffee cart business, which will actually begin selling coffee at the school in the coming weeks.
