Hospital board meets

Members of the East Phillips County Hospital District Board of Directors met for a special meeting Monday, July 18, at Melissa Memorial Hospital.
The board signed several papers to update authorized signatures on bank accounts, including a credit card with TCM Bank. This is a result of CEO Cathy Harshbarger’s resignation a few weeks ago.
The board also held an executive session for strategy.
