Holyoke qualifies 13 for FBLA nationals

    Holyoke FBLA attended the state conference in Vail on April 17-20. There were 30 students along with adviser Lori Nelson and chaperones Marla Camblin and Robert Jacobs. Of those, 13 HHS students qualified for nationals in Baltimore, Maryland, June 27-July 3. They will also have an opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., and they’ll begin their fundraising efforts soon.
    Qualifiers are:
    — Luke Krogmeier, firstplace, economics.
    —Josie Herman, Shianne Willmon and Emily Jelden, first, partnership with business.
    —Regan VanOverbeke, Anna Jelden and Haley VanOverbeke, first, community service.
    —Kaylee Camblin, Tyler Lamm and Savannah Burris, second, American enterprise.
    —Lali Marquez and Jackie Valenzuela, second, E-business.
    —Emma Roll, third, agribusiness.
