Heldenbrand earns broker assoc. licensure

Kenna Heldenbrand received notice last week that she was approved for licensure as a broker associate in the state of Colorado.
She is excited to be joining her grandma’s (Julie Wiebke’s) real estate company, Lighthouse Real Estate in Holyoke, teaming up with Wiebke, as well as broker associates Paula Carper and Derek Russell.
The road to licensure required Heldenbrand to pass six individual courses, then pass both the Colorado specific and national exams.
She plans to continue her part-time job as administrative assistant at 21st Century Equipment, working there in the mornings. She can be reached for real estate conversations at 941-626-1521.
