HEA offers members electric car experience
Community members may have seen a car that has been described as a very quiet ride being driven around town this month.
Highline Electric Association received a 2019 Chevy Bolt Sept. 1 and will have the vehicle the rest of the month.

Tri-State is a cooperative of 45 members, including 42 electric distribution cooperatives and public power districts in four states.
