County is ‘Raisin’ the Steaks’ and the next generation in agriculture

For those who have attended the Phillips County Fair for years, it’s fun to see the next generation step into the ring or saddle up the horse. A large number of young kids got some practice in beef showmanship during the bucket calf event Friday morning, July 23, in the Bank of Colorado Pavilion.
