On Oct. 24, the 4-H group Raising Ranchers held a meeting at My Country Cupboards. The meeting began at 7:08 p.m. and ended at 7:28 p.m. 

Old business that was discussed was Holly Daze sign-up sheets and the meal that the Raising Ranchers group will be serving at Holly Daze. Raising Ranchers hope to feed roughly around 200 people at Holly Daze. 

New business that was discussed was the Christmas party and what to do for celebration. Raising Ranchers later discussed a date to hold a fun, rewarding activity for group members to take time off and destress. Announcements that were discussed were CLC for sixth through ninth graders which should be held in November. 

Registration was also another announcement discussed which will be open till Feb. 1 for returning members, and March 1 for new members. After the meeting came to an end, members enjoyed a group snack of homemade rice crispy treats provided by the Struckmeyers. 

Overall the meeting was very informative and successful in communicating for future events.
