|Ovid native, opera baritone to perform in Sterling Saturday|

Saturday, Nov. 22, Met bass-baritone, Ovid native and former University of Colorado fullback Keith Miller will perform at First Presbyterian Church, South 4th and Ash streets in Sterling, at 2 p.m. He will be joined by soprano Melissa Zapin and pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski.
The program will include opera arias from “Faust,” “La Boheme,” “Le Nozze di Figaro,” “Gianni Schicchi” and “Don Giovanni” and music from Broadway that includes “Memory,” “I Dreamed a Dream” and “Edelweiss.” Also included will be “White Christmas” and “Oh, Holy Night!”
Admission is free with a freewill offering.
Miller grew up in Ovid and graduated from Revere High School. He played football, basketball, wrestling, track and baseball, and he was two-time All-State offense and defense, Player of the Year and All-Colorado in football, All-Conference in basketball and All-State fourth in discus.
