|Preschool helps young children become more independent|

Today, it is widely accepted that the present generation of preschoolers are more advanced and more capable of learning things as opposed to the previous generations. With the help of today’s technology, very young children quickly build up capabilities of learning to read, write, add, subtract and solve problems.
However, knowing these things are only part of being ready for kindergarten, and preschool can help in the other areas.
The term “preschool” literally means “before school.” Though it sounds easy, it definitely is a complicated term, as today, preschool doesn’t mean “before school,” but “school” itself. Preschool was established with the purpose of concentrating on kids’ educational needs.
However, today preschools perform an important role in laying foundation for children’s school readiness, not only in terms of formal education but also in how they socialize and become independent.
