|Elementary school welcomes computer coding program|

Students at Holyoke Elementary School participated in the Hour of Code program sponsored by Code.org as part of the annual Computer Science Education Week Monday-Sunday, Dec. 9-15.
Holyoke students from grades 1-5 learned computer programming from top technology leaders such as Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg. Over 17 million people worldwide participated in the computer science program designed to develop students’ computational and critical thinking skills.
