|Phillips County Raceway season comes to an end|

Racers whipped around the Phillips County Raceway for the last time this season as mods, sport mods, stocks and hobbies battled during championship night Saturday, Sept. 14.
In mods action, Eddie Belec took the top spot, besting Colton Osborn and Jeremy Frenier. Jesse Taylor finished the season as the points-leader with 400. Frenier placed second at 379 and Holyoke’s Garret Sporhase finished in third.
Bryan Herrick earned the checkered flag in the sports mod races. Jacob Adler of Holyoke followed in second and Trevor Geist rounded out the top three.
Adler led the pack all season and finished as the points leader with 418. Mike Lininger and Tom Quint followed in second and third respectively.
