Justin Newman earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine on June 12. Justin is a 1999 graduate of Holyoke High School. Subsequently he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver. Presently, he will begin a residency program in Orthopedic surgery through the University of Colorado in Denver, through which he will be working at the University of Colorado Hospital, The Children’s Hospital, The Veteran’s Hospital and Denver Health Hospital. The residency training program is a specialization process in orthopedic surgery and will last five years. Justin is the son of Marc and Anne Newman of Holyoke. Grandparents are Naomi Newman of Holyoke and Edward and RoseMary Meier, formerly of Ovid, residing in Denver. Great-grandmother is Beulah Neiman, formerly of Holyoke, residing in Sedona, Ariz. |
