Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC is pleased to welcome attorney Jenna H. Keller to the OCP team.
Keller has been practicing law in the real estate and natural resources areas since 2006. She has a particular interest in farm and ranch matters since she grew up on and remains active in her family’s wheat farm in northeastern Colorado.
Keller has extensive experience assisting land and mineral owners with oil and gas rights and development issues, as well as dealing with water rights and water court applications. Keller also has experience with estate planning and probate matters.
While in law school, Keller worked as a research associate at the Ruckelshaus Institute, a division of the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Wyoming.
Keller has lectured all over northern, northeastern and southeastern Colorado on topics such as oil and gas leasing; restrictions and encumbrances on the transfer of water shares; and wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
Keller received her law degree from the University of Wyoming, where she graduated Order of the Coif, and her Bachelor of Arts in international political economy from Colorado College. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and is active in the CBA’s agricultural and rural law section.
Keller’s practice focuses on agricultural law, water law and natural resources, including oil and gas law. She also handles real estate transactions and related litigation as well as wills, trusts, estate administration and probate matters. Keller represents numerous farmers, ranchers, mineral owners and rural landowners throughout Colorado.
