The board of directors of the Republican River Water Conservation District will be holding its regular quarterly meeting in Wray Thursday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Wray Ambulance Facility. Items on the agenda include receiving program updates and reports, including reports from the RRWCD’s engineer and legal counsel; recognize appointments of directors for new terms from Lincoln, Sedgwick and Washington counties, the Central Yuma, Plains and W-Y Ground Water Management districts; election of officers; review committee assignments; approve resolution to hold special board meeting in Greeley; hold budget hearing on proposed 2013 budget; consider and approve budget and appropriations for 2013; as well as other matters.
