Phillips County 4-H members are getting excited about this year’s fair, so they sat down to answer a few questions about their “Blue Jeans and Country Dreams!” Look for more interviews next week before the Phillips County Fair, July 24-29.

Paoli Hustlers 4-H Club
Janna Smith—1) Wranglers. 2) To one day own a place where I can help 4-H members with their animals and house them if they need. This ranch would also be a place where diabetic kids can come to learn about animals and ride horses. 3) Seeing all of the projects each member has made and seeing the accomplishments of club members. Overall, just being an active participant in the fair, animals and everything in between. 4) Horse, market steer and goat, leathercraft, quilting, vet science, scrapbooking and ceramics. 5) 18 years old.
Hailey Durbin—1) Justice. 2) Be a grand champion. 3) Showing my pet rabbit. 4) Pet rabbit. 5) 9 years old.
Brandon Durbin—1) Old Navy. 2) Be a grand champion. 3) Riding calves. 4) Market goats and archery. 5) 10 years old.
Kylee Workman—1) Wranglers. 2) To live on a farm. 3) Show every animal I have at fair. 4) Sheep and swine. 5) 9 years old.
Brooklyn Plumb—1) Girls 20X. 2) To show cattle and pigs and win good places. 3) Showing the animals. 4) Cloverbud. 5) 8 years old.
Braden Plumb—1) Wranglers. 2) To show a calf at fair. 3) Getting first place. 4) Cloverbud. 5) 5 years old.
Allie Thompson—1) My bootcut Vigoss jeans that I got from JC Penney. 2) To win grand champion in goats. 3) Showing my animals. 4) Sheep and goats. 5) 8 years old.
Riley Thompson—1) My pair that I got at Maurices. 2) Win grand champion in sheep. 3) Showing my animals. 4) Pigs and sheep. 5) 11 years old.

Ciera Schelling—1) Skinny jeans. 2) To do good on all of my projects. 3) Looking at all the completed projects at fair. 4) Archery and outdoor adventures. 5) 10 years old.
Marissa Schelling—1) Faded boot jeans with bling. 2) To complete my projects as well as I can and do good with them. 3) Looking at all the completed projects at fair. 4) Archery and clothing construction. 5) 12 years old.

Better Beef Makers 4-H Club
