HHS tracksters are in the thick of things as a busy track week marks the middle of the season. Coach Sandra Rahe said the kids are progressing nicely. The only concern she has is that a few are still nursing knee and leg injuries. “I am hoping we can overcome those in the next couple weeks,” she said. The Dragons competed at the Yuma Bill Kalb Invitational last Tuesday, April 10. Holyoke boys finished in 11th place out of 23 teams with 28.5 points. Out of 25 teams, the girls placed 17th with 8.85 points. The freshman/sophomore girls placed eighth with four points.

HHS competed at the Chase County Invitational Tuesday, April, 17. Results will be reported in next week’s Enterprise. They travel to Wray Thursday, April 19 for a 2 p.m. start time and to Akron, Saturday, April 21, beginning at 9 a.m. Holyoke Enterprise April 19, 2012 |
