Three HHS boys and three girls earned postseason honors after making LPAA All-Conference lists.

HHS junior Reid Baumgartner was named to the boys’ first team. Seniors Preston King and Brian DeBoer earned honorable mention.

Seniors Mallory Bennett and Marci Vasa and junior Laura Gerk were named to the girls’ honorable mention team.

Other area boys making the first team were Ben Jones, Jarret Cure and Justin Fruhwirth, Wray; Aaron Stieb and Cody Paxton, Caliche; Darko Vukasovic, Shane Terrell and Jarrod Coughlin, Yuma; Brady Baer, Akron; Taylor Risner and Brandon Baer, Wiggins.

Other boys on the honorable mention team include Jon Vance and Trenton Ham, Haxtun; Chance Friedley, Akron; Andy Piel, Merino; Tyson Weingardt, Caliche; Austin Risner, Wiggins; and Sam Baucke, Yuma.

The girls’ first team includes, Makenzie Ault, Laura Beckman and Ashley Campbell, Sedgwick County; Danielle Rinaldo, Larissa Conger and Emily Owens, Merino; Sidney Merrill, Sydney Clarkson and Ally Vasquez, Akron; and Megan Neuman, Maggie Cure and Jamie Delgado, Wray.

Additional area girls earning honorable mention are Malia Michel and Carle Walser, Merino; Macey Pierce and Kimber Hadeen, Haxtun; Kristy Lindbolm, Wiggins; Kenzie Bohm, Yuma; Lindsey Stumpf, Caliche; and Cassie Kizer, Sedgwick County.
