Holyoke’s municipal baseball park will have a new electric scoreboard for the 1971 baseball season due to the generosity of Mrs. Charles R. Sheridan of Holyoke.
Holyoke FFA chapter members, under the direction of their advisor, Jim Knight, have started “Operation Search and Recycle,” searching out owners of old junkers and obtaining permission to have the junkers transported to the car press to be set up at the old town dump.

A self-service laundry has been opened at the Cedar Motel by the motel owners, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Dunn. The business will be known as Dunn’s Self-Service Laundry.
