The Northeast Colorado Child Care Resource and Referral will be offering the 15-hour pre-licensing class “There’s No Place Like Home” Jan. 15 and 22 for individuals who want to become licensed family child care providers. It will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Rural Communities Resource Center in Yuma.
The Northeast Colorado Child Care Resource and Referral provides assistance to potential and current providers to increase the success of their business by offering free technical assistance and referral services to market their program.
This pre-licensing curriculum, “There’s No Place Like Home,” was written and will be taught by Sheila Anzlovar, program director of the Northeast Colorado Child Care Resource and Referral. It was approved by the Colorado Division of Child Care and is required for people interested in obtaining a family child care provider license.
